Last updated: March 2026  |  Effective date: March 2026  |  Applies to: mykelsa.in
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Kelsa. By registering on or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kelsa.

1. About Kelsa

Kelsa is an on-demand daily wage worker hiring platform operated by Kelsa Technologies, Bangalore, India. Our platform at mykelsa.in connects workers seeking daily employment with customers who need to hire workers across Bangalore.

2. Eligibility

To use Kelsa, you must:

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@mykelsa.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Kelsa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. For Workers

4.1 Registration

Workers must provide accurate information including their name, mobile number, skills, work area and UPI ID. False information may result in account suspension.

4.2 Job Acceptance

When you accept a job on Kelsa, you commit to arriving on time and completing the work as described. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

4.3 Payment

Workers will receive payment directly to their UPI ID after the customer confirms job completion. Kelsa deducts a 10% service fee from the worker's agreed daily wage (the worker keeps 90%); customers pay only the daily wage with no extra fee. Kelsa is not responsible for delays caused by UPI system outages or incorrect UPI IDs provided by the worker.

4.4 Conduct

Workers must behave professionally at all times at job sites. Any reports of misconduct, theft, harassment or damage to property will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. For Customers

5.1 Job Postings

Customers must provide accurate booking details including job type, location and daily wage. Misleading bookings are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Payment Obligation

Customers are obligated to pay the agreed daily wage upon satisfactory completion of work. Payment is processed through Razorpay. Attempting to withhold or reduce agreed wages without valid reason is a violation of these terms.

5.3 Worker Treatment

Customers must treat workers with respect and dignity. Harassment, discrimination, physical or verbal abuse of workers is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account ban and may be reported to authorities.

5.4 Platform Fee

Customers pay only the worker's agreed daily wage — there is no additional platform fee for customers. Kelsa earns by deducting a 10% service fee from the worker's payout (workers keep 90%). This funds payment processing, verification and platform maintenance.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Kelsa:

7. Platform Fees and Payments

Kelsa charges a 10% service fee deducted from the worker's payout on each completed booking (customers pay no additional fee). This is non-refundable once a job has been completed. Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours of job completion by contacting hello@mykelsa.in.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Kelsa does not store card or bank account details.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

Kelsa is a technology platform that facilitates connections between workers and customers. We are not an employer, staffing agency or labour contractor. Kelsa is not liable for any disputes, injuries, property damage, losses or other issues arising from jobs arranged through the platform. Workers and customers engage with each other at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelsa's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the platform fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
